Preparing for Worship: 7/19/26
John 4:15-26 gets at the heart of what we worship, what is at the "center" of our lives. Jesus, in His kindness, exposes the things we worship but cannot satisfy.
He also reveals that it is through Him that we can find experience true worship. The great opportunity is that ALL OF LIFE becomes worship - an avenue to Know & Experience God.
Unless you’re worshipping me, unless I’m the center of your life, unless you’re trying to get your spiritual thirst quenched through me and not through these other things, unless you see that the solution must come inside rather than just pass by outside, then whatever you worship will abandon you in the end. - Tim Keller, Encounters with Jesus
