Preparing for Worship: 8/9/26

Join us for our Step-Up Sunday as we jump back into the book of Luke. 

We will see a shift in the book from various encounters with Jesus to help people understand who He is to Jesus' calling people to "follow him" and all that entails. 

What’s interesting is the minute his identity is revealed (9:20), he immediately begins to say, “Follow me.” Chapters 1 to 8 are all about, “Who is Jesus?” but we’re going to find chapters 9 through 18 are all about, “If he is this, what does it mean to follow him? - Tim Keller

For Step-Up Sunday we'll have some games for kids to play, enjoy some treats, and recognize the kids moving up to new classes.
